- Generate customer invoices, quotes for service, body shop, and customers.
- Database management.
- Coordinate warranty return process as well as manage parts returns.
- Part ordering and relationship maintenance with multiple vendors.
- Pull parts to complete orders.
- Responsible for inventory and warehouse operations.
- Coordination of shipment processes through UPS, FedEx, etc.
- Monitor of shipments received.
- Establish price comparison studies and best options for purchasing parts.
- Manager inventory for service shop.
- Update daily pricing.
- Knowledge of warranty and service orders.
- Knowledge of manufacturers parts
- Forklift certification.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sales quoting and warranty experience.
- Warehouse coordination experience.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
